Returns
Dear customers, our group gladly accept returns/exchanges for unworn items/pieces.products in their original packaging, within the first 30 days after receipted your order/package.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@iceedrip.com. Beacuse the shipping/logistics transportation is handling by international logistics company ,therefore customers need to send the package by themselves to our return package.
Moreover,You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your return is accepted, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
There are Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items,including customized pendants and customized chains )Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges/Repair
When you have a exchange,return or repair request, please contact our customer service immediately, and then provide your order number, clear product photos, and reasons for return,then the customers will be provided the shipping address for exchanging or returning.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund process has been started or not .If stared, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. In most cases, the refund process will be completed within 2-5 calendar days.
Returned products will undergo a quality inspection.
- There will be a 15% restocking fee for all refunds. There is no restocking fee for items returned for store credit.
We encourage customers to choose returning products for gift cards as their first option, as this can help avoid any depreciation fees.
