Shipping Policy
* Free worldwide standared shipping for every order now.
* All orders require a fulfillment process of 1-3 natural days for packaging and preparation before shipment.
* Please note additional processing time will be added during the holiday season and during sale peak periods/season
Orders are shipped from Monday through Sunday. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will resume processing the following business day.
A Shipping Confirmation email will be sent upon shipment and will include Tracking in about 2-3 days . For additional tracking information please contact USPS directly .
ICEEDRIP is not responsible for lost or stolen packages by shipment companies. You will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. Once your claim has been filed, please contact us directly at support@iceedrip.com with information regarding your situation and your claim number. We will help you with the lost package as well .
Customs duties and taxes for different countries or regions are typically paid and borne by the buyer, but are mostly free of charge.

We currently offer delivery to most countries and regions worldwide. Delivery services to a few other regions are currently not available.

TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
Upon receiving your order, we will prepare and ship your package in about 1-3 natural days, except for customized products which may require additional time. Tracking information will be automatically sent to all customers via email.In the event that you do not receive the tracking information, we kindly ask that you check your spam folder. Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team.
DUTIES & TAXES
The recipient is responsible for ensuring that the product can be legally imported into the destination country. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees which are non-refundable. Please contact your local customs office for more information on customs policies and regulations.
To avoid delays in receiving your order from customs, we recommend providing a phone number where customs officials can reach you when your product arrives. It is important to note that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before abandoning or returning it to the sender. Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges.
